This is a common argument and a strawman at best.
Talking about sex and gender is not sexist. It’s when you hold someone to stereotypes and prejudge them based on their sex that you’re entering into bigot territory.
Trans-people care about their gender so much because more often than not, they’re made to defend it. Cis people don’t have that problem. Yes, cis persons do get degendered, but that’s not cisphobia, that’s transphobia. Transphobia hits cis persons just like sexism hurts men.
Not to mention. Dysphoria fucking hurts. Would you say that someone with a broken leg shouldn’t talk about it?
